Integri was involved both in defining the specifications and the actual implementation of the project: - Specifications of the card for the Quick application and the Austrian domestic ATM and POS debit applications.
- Specifications of the terminal card, a security application (on an ICC) residing in the terminal. The role of this card is to secure the different card transactions.
- Specifications of the security and key management
- Specifications of the transaction flows
- Specifications of the test strategy
During the implementation phase, Integri executed the acceptance testing of the smart cards, terminal cards and payment terminals. SSB/TSP (Italy)Minipay is the Italian electronic purse. Integri was involved in different phases: - Specification of the key management system and the Minipay card initialisation.
- Specification of the test strategy
- Testing of the Minipay cards
Equens: EMV Terminal Prototyping (The Netherlands)For Equens, one of the largest European payment acquirers, Integri developed an EMV Terminal prototype to explore different possibilities in the EMV implementation. The environment was also used for the timing of transaction speed and usability.
MasterCard Worldwide: contactless showcase For MasterCard Worldwide, Integri developed a prototype terminal/host application able to work with both physical contact and contactless EMV cards. The project investigates the feasibility of EMV on contactless smartcards and visualizes the strong reduction in transaction time when using contactless technology.
