NFC Forum memberThe NFC Forum is a non-profit organization aiming to advance the use of NFC technology by developing specifications ensuring interoperability among devices and services and educating the market. Integri is a member and actively involved in the working groups. The NFC Forum specifications conceived for NFC readers are very similar to the EMVCo test specifications for Level 1 readers. Integri is the sole provider having such a test tool certified by EMVCo. Evidently, Integri technology is likely to be adapted by the entire NFC community. Replacing paper-based vouchers would enable customers to receive vouchers on their NFC-enabled phone, pay with them and transfer them to another mobile phone. The two year study results are very promising and reveal that commercial implementation is feasible... More information: ITSO (UK)
For ITSO, the UK government organization for interoperable public transport, Integri tested NFC-enabled mobile devices. The NFC application stored on a mobile phone is tested for compliance to the ITSO specifications in our in-house certification centre.
