2 October 2007, Zaventem, Belgium – Integri, leading provider of test tools and services for electronic transactions, today announces that its EMV™ Level 2 CCD and CPA Card Test Suites have been qualified by EMVCo for respectively the versions 4.1.b and 1.0.b. With the company’s card test tools, card manufacturers and issuers can perform quality assurance testing to assess if their card applications are compliant with the latest official requirements and ready to be submitted to EMVCo for official testing and approval.

The Common Core Definitions (CCD) are defined by EMVCo to simplify implementations and to define a minimum common set of functions and data accepted by JCB, MasterCard Worldwide, and Visa International. The Common Payment Application (CPA) specification defines the functionalities for an application complying with CCD definitions. With only a smart card reader, a personal computer and the card test tool, users can easily run all necessary tests ensuring the conformity of their card products to these latest stipulations. The Integri test tools run on INQ®, an open platform, and can be easily customized and updated.

“Being the first company to achieve this certification is a serious endorsement of the effort we put in delivering high-quality products.” said Jan De Meester, CEO at Integri. “With more than 15 years of experience and customers from around the globe relying on our technology, we are a major reference in the test tools market.”

"Integri has provided us with an excellent service for many years and is therefore one of Austria Card's long term business partners" commented Barbara Heindl, Senior Tester at Austria Card. "Thanks to Integri's easy-to-use EMV CPA test tool, our smartcards can now pass the latest requirements. This is a great message to give to our customers, that they can be sure that our products are up to market demands."
