Integri and ICON enter into a partnership agreement

Companies will focus on Italian electronic funds market (EFT) with a comprehensive test platform and easy-to-use test solutions

12 November 2007, Zaventem, Belgium – Integri, leading provider of test tools and services for electronic transactions, today announces the agreement with ICON, qualified Italian consulting and solutions provider, to specifically address the Italian EFT market.

Under the terms of the agreement, both companies will work closely on joint offerings. The combination of Integri’s test products and extensive know-how in testing electronic transactions and ICON’s local knowledge is expected to create a win-win situation for both companies as well as for the Italian banks.

The partnership will strengthen ICON’s Banking and e-Payments competence by adding test solutions for prototyping, simulation, functional and stress testing requirements to their product range. The agreement expands Integri’s global footprint, enabling to provide customers local-based quality and shorter time to market.
